As a full time or part time technician you are expected to have knowledge in the following technical areas:

1. Computer Hardware on the X86 Platform and PowerPCs.

2. Computer Networking knowledge and the use of TCP/IP.

3. Knowledge of all common Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.

4. Knowledge of all Apple OS X and legacy (Classic) Operating Systems.

5. Knowledge of Unix, Linux, and their variants.


In addition the following electives are strongly encouraged to promote good service to our clients:

2. People skills for On-Site Service Professionals
