FLAT RATES


Flat rates are listed on our website www.ctekmedia.com (start at $150.00); flat rates do not include on-going support; flat rates are for work specified on Work Order only, work outside of this scope is extra.



On-Site Service Guarantee
(cTekmedia) guarantees that our service will be to the complete satisfaction of the customer prior to the completion of the job. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all work performed before the technician leaves the premises. On going support is not-included (unless otherwise specified.)

If the Customer breaches or attempts to breach any of the terms of this Contract or fails to make any payments when due under this Contract, the Customer shall pay to Company as part of a judgment all of the Company's costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, incurred by the Company in enforcing the terms of this Contract or collecting any payment due under this Contract."

If either party to this Contract breaches or attempts to breach any of the terms hereof or if either party fails to make any payments when due under this Contract, that party shall pay to the non-defaulting party as part of a judgment all of the non-defaulting party's costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, incurred by that party in enforcing the terms of this Agreement or collecting any payment due under this Contract.

MAC & PC Service (Depot)
MAC & PC Computer Depot support covers diagnosis, repair, and estimate, of your computer hardware only.

MAC, PC, Network (On-Site or Remote) Service
On-Site and remote support does not include on-going support. cTekmedia does offer on-going network support, it is billed on an hourly rate, project or block time rate.

On-Site Flat Rates
Flat rates are for each visit to customer on-site. On-going support is not included. The service on the flat rate is completed when we leave the customer.

Software Support
Software is supported at either the onsite, or depot hourly rate. We do not offer or make any warranties for software. All software is supported by the respective software companies (please see your license agreement.)

Internet Support
We do not sell Internet connectivity. We only provide on-site and remote consultations for our clients. For service guarantees you should consult your ISP or Service Provider (Internet Service Provider, i.e. AT&T,Comcast, SBC/Pacific Bell, AOL, MSN, Earthlink, Tmobile, Verizon, etc…)

Hosting Support
Web hosting support is provided only to rectify issues with our upstream hosting provider. We will provide updates as they happen (within 4 hours) and escalate issues to our upstream provider as they occur (within 4 hours.)

CCTV installation and support is handled by our networking department.

Web Services
We offer web site management, design, and hosting. Please see the addendum for your Web Services Agreement policies.

Credit Card Purchases
All credit card purchases incur a 2% additional charge.

Returned Check Service Fee
The Returned Check Service Fee is $35.00.
